# Template Legal Agreements for Underlying TrueFi Vault Funds
We request a total of 4,000,000 TRU from the TrueFi treasury to Adapt3r Digital for creating a comprehensive legal structure template for TrueFi’s managers. We believe that, by offering these templated documents and structuring guidelines, it could save $50-80k and 3-4 months of legal work for every new manager coming to TrueFi. We intend to return any TRU not used to pay for templatizing the docs.

# [TFIP-9] Transfer TRU tokens to Bastion
[This proposal is being posted on behalf of Bastion on their explicit request.](https://forum.truefi.io/t/proposal-launch-asset-vault-and-implement-option-trading-strategy-for-tru-tokens/1546/7)



Bastion proposes for TrueFi DAO to sell call options on 5 million TRU tokens to Bastion Trading. Selling call options would:

\- Generate option premium revenue if options are not exercised.

\- Generate stablecoin proceeds from selling TRU at higher strike prices if options are exercised. 



TrueFi DAO would sell the following Bastion Trading covered call options, collateralized by TRU tokens:



\- 30-day call options struck 25% above market on 2 million TRU tokens.

\- 30-day call options struck 35% above market on 3 million TRU tokens. 



If exercised, Bastion pays a strike price in USDC to receive the TRU collateral. If not exercised, collateral is returned to Truefi DAO.

That certain Amendment No. 1 to Master Loan Agreement entered into by and
between Blockwater Technologies Co., Ltd. and TrueTrading (a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Archblock, Inc.) on August 8, 2022.

That certain Master Loan Agreement entered into by and between New World
Holdings and TrueTrading (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Archblock, Inc.) on April
27, 2022.
